No. The diagnostic is a conversation. The build is done for you. You will need to give us temporary access to your existing accounts during the build, but no coding, no configuration, and no technical knowledge is required.

Most builds are delivered within five to ten working days depending on the number of blocks included. Your proposal will include a specific timeline.

Pricing is included in your personal proposal, which you receive after completing the diagnostic. Every build is scoped to your specific situation, so we price it that way too.

Via Stripe. All major credit and debit cards accepted. An invoice is issued for every transaction.

The build is a one-off payment. After delivery you will have running costs for the tools and API services your system uses, paid directly by you to those providers. Typically between €30 and €80 per month depending on usage. Optional servicing retainers are available and can be cancelled any time.

You do. Completely. We build inside your own accounts. Your data never touches our infrastructure. When the build is complete we close our access. Everything stays exactly where you put it.

You can do that at any point. Your accounts, your control. We will issue a refund proportional to the work not yet completed.

If something is not functioning as described in your proposal within thirty days of delivery, we fix it at no charge. This covers technical failures and integration issues.

If we have not started your build, you can cancel for a full refund. Once a build is underway, refunds are calculated proportionally based on work not yet completed.
